You must have crossed the main bridge into Netherstorm from Blade's Edge. Did you see Netherologist Coppernickels working with all of his crazy equipment there? Strange... I've been expecting a report from him and it's overdue. He's probably forgotten. You know those 'science' types. Head back out to the bridge and pin him down.
