I must find a way to speak with Anthion Harmon... or more specifically, his ghost! I know of an engineer with a queer interest in the supernatural. He claims he can build a machine that allows him to speak with the dead! The blood you collected was intended for him; travel to Gadgetzan and bring it to him as payment for his services!
